Summer Holiday Club

The Summer Holidays are once again upon us, as the schools stop at the end of this week, all we need now is the good weather. While the news about the weather may be bad there is good news that the children's Summer Holiday Club is back!

Starting on Monday 7th July The Holiday Club will run Monday to Friday, 9.30-12noon and will culminate in a family picnic and fun day on Sunday 14th. All primary aged school children in the village are welcome along and the cost of the week is a very reasonable £15 per child with any additional brothers and sister being discounted to £10.

Spring Fair Success!

The Spring Fair on Saturday was a great success! The fantastic amount of £1328.85 was raised for church funds. So a big thank you to all who attended and especially to those who help man the stalls, make the teas, sell tickets etc.

Messy Church - fun for all the family

For those of you not at church today (or at Messy Church yesterday) here is a little video to show you what the family's who attended got up to this month at Messy Church.

 

Spring Fair - date for your diary.

Spring is certainly in the air this weekend and it won't be long till the Spring Fair is held in the Church Halls. Saturday 10th May is the date for your diary. Door's open at 10am until 12 noon. Tickets are priced at £2.00 for adults and £1.00 for children. Tea / coffee (juice for the children) and cakes are included in the price of your ticket - so it's a bargain!

Stalls at the fair will include: books, home-baking, soft good, jewellery, plants, bric-a-brac toys and games. There will also be a raffle and a tombola stall.
